Hunt Slonem:: Birds and Bayous at The Gallery at the Manship Theatre

Born in 1951, artist Hunt Slonem has been featured in over 350 exhibitions in galleries and museums across the world. Slonem, a graduate from the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in Maine and the recipient of a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University in Louisiana. Hunt Slonem received the prestigious “Stars of Design” award in art October 2009 in New York City, the Greenshields Foundation award in 1976, the National Endowment for the Arts Grant in 1991, and numerous others.
