Artist Mia Kaplan’s new installation is a part of Sculptures
for New Orleans; installed on the corner of Poydras and Penn Street the
sculpture called “Swamp Flower”. The piece is a part of an exhibition to bring awareness
to post-Katrina artist. Special thanks to Sculptures of New Orleans, Odgen Museums
of Southern Arts and The Helis Foundation for funding the project.
